Biography

Dr. Carter Richards was born and raised in Elma, WA. He started his healthcare career during undergraduate training with Fresenius Dialysis as a patient care technician. In 2007, he relocated to St. Louis, MO, to attend medical school. After completing his residency and fellowship, he moved to San Antonio, TX, in July, 2016. During his training, Dr. Richards participated in the education and training of junior residents and fellows, along with providing lectures on Neurology for trainees in Pediatrics. He participates in spreading knowledge of brain-related issues to local practitioners.

Dr. Richards is married and has two dogs. His hobbies and interests include fishing, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors.
