I called for days and left multiple voicemails to reschedule an appointment, but no one ever answered or returned my calls. Out of options, I had to physically drive to the clinic the day before the appointment just to speak with the front desk.
When I got there, they initially tried to charge me a $50 late change penalty because it was the day before. Only after I insisted that I had been calling and leaving voicemails for days did they look up my phone number, confirm my voicemails, and waive the fee without even an apology.
To make matters worse, for our scheduled virtual appointment, I pulled my son out of school early, coordinate with his teacher, and missed class time just to be ready on time. However, the clinic was 30 minutes late to call us.
If a patient were 30 minutes late or missed a connection, I’m sure we would have been penalized or canceled on. Yet they showed zero respect for our time. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Totally unacceptable.

Just had my 17 year old daughters follow up appointment and it was awesome news as well as the conversation with Dr.Richards. Let me just say this guy is literally livin his best life.He gives that vibe. It's like he does the job cause he really truly cares about the people,so he probably loves work just as much as home. I recommend him,the workers,and just the whole office in general.Plus it's in beautiful San Antonio, can't beat that.

Today we saw Dr Buchanan at sick chil clinic, she was wonderful! So sweet with my twins and fast and efficient because I was in rush. But she made sure all my concerns were addressed any and all our issues.

Dr. Palomares was very thorough in explaining my concerns for my daughter, he explained her breathing treatments and helped us to understand what we can do to help improve her overall health. Thank you to all the staff that helped us on our visit, it was a great experience.

She is amazing! She was really engaging with my son, he was nervous and she explained everything where he would understand and feel included in the appointment. My son really enjoyed her joking with him.

Dr Palomares was great. He was very thorough and went through step by step my son’s testing, diagnosis, and plan going forward will be. I felt very comfortable with the visit and everything was done the same day. Highly recommend!
